THE PARADOX OF PARENTING

Times have changed. New technology and social media have changed the way parents and children interact. It puts a whole new spin on parenting. This workshop is based on the concepts of Love and Logic and offers real world, applicable techniques to share as parents struggle to manage their children. The techniques are effective to begin using with children of any age (and even those who are difficult to handle.). It covers the difference between punishment and consequences, how to use empathy to change behavior, how to turn threats into enforceable statements, and how to avoid power struggles with children.

This workshop offers 5 CORE Continuing Education Credits (5 CEs).

This workshop costs $145 and includes lunch. A gluten free item is included in the menu.
