TECHNIQUES FOR WORKING WITH the FAMILIES OF THE PERSONALITY DISORDERED

A number of workshops focus on working with the individuals diagnosed with BPD, Narcissism, or other personality disorders. This workshop is unique. It focuses on the families of individuals diagnosed with Personality Disorders and the chaos they experience in their lives. Strategies and techniques are provided that offer family members the ability to maintain a relationship while creating and maintaining boundaries and managing self-care.

This workshop offers 3 Continuing Education Credits (3 CEs).

This workshop costs $75 and is presented virtually. All attendees will receive an email with a Zoom link the night before the workshop.

Presenter: Carolyn A. Ramp, LPC, NCC, ACS, CPCS

Carolyn Ramp’s career in mental health spans over 30 years. Her experience includes outpatient clinical work in agencies, school systems, as well as building and managing a multi-specialty private practice of 18 therapists. She’s earned a master’s degree in 1993 and A Specialist’s Degree in Counseling in 2000. She was President of LPCAGA in 2019 -2020. Her specialties include Clinical Supervision for over 20 years, working with the families of the Personality Disordered, teaching parenting strategies as a Love and Logic Facilitator and she is a Certified Grief Recovery Specialist. She currently works with LifeStance Health as a Clinical Lead.
