ETHICAL CHALLENGES IN CLINICAL SUPERVISION

This workshop focuses on the CPCS Code of Ethics and its application in Clinical Supervision. The goal is to assist supervisors and supervisees in their expectations and communication with each other and with patients; especially when there are ethical situations. Misconceptions, misunderstandings, and a lack of skills can create roadblocks to good supervision and good patient care. Learning to deal with difficult circumstances and individuals can de-escalate situations and create experiences that benefit both supervisors and supervisees and especially the patients. The program will include case studies that can be examined and resolved using techniques discussed in the workshop.

This workshop offers 3 ETHICS SUPERVISION Continuing Education Credits (3 CEs).

This workshop costs $75.
