MAINTAINING THE SUPERVISORY RELATIONSHIP VIA TELEHEALTH

This workshop meets the NEW requirements for REcertification as a CPCS. Due to the nature and importance of the information included, this workshop will only be held in-person. There is no virtual option.

This workshop is targeted toward CPCS professionals who are providing clinical supervision using telehealth. The discussion will go through the entire telehealth rule in Georgia, Best Practices for telehealth supervision and the necessary technology, maintaining supervisory documentation, and maintaining a clinically supportive supervisory relationship. It will include appropriate technology and how to use it and maintain all records.

This workshop offers 3 SUPERVISION (Telehealth Supervision) or 3 Core Continuing Education Credits (3 CEs) and meets the criteria for recertification of the CPCS. THERE IS NO VIRTUAL OPTION.

This workshop costs. $75

Presenter: Joy Welcker, Ph. D, LPC, OMC, CPCS

Dr. Welcker holds a PhD in Clinical Psychology from Fielding Graduate University in Santa Barbara, with a subspecialty in Neuropsychology. Dr. Welcker currently holds licenses in North Carolina, South Carolina, and Georgia. For the past 8 years, she has owned and operated Brighter Brains Integrative Health in Statesboro Georgia, a private group practice specializing in brain-based mental health and wellness.
