SUPERVISION DOCUMENTATION & METHODS

This workshop provides a basic review of all documentation required in the process for full licensure as well as a discussion of techniques for supervision, discipline polices and improvement plans, and evaluations.  This step by step format allows new supervisors to create a procedure to follow to put the law and board rules into effect in order to become a successful Clinical Supervisor. The workshop includes a review of the CPCS Code of Ethics and shares case scenarios and examples of problem areas in documentation.

Supervisors are responsible for knowing, understanding, teaching, and training future professional counselors/clinicians. It’s a challenging task, but contributes so much to the future of our profession.
