This workshop provides an overview of a host of sleep disorders, the neurological underpinnings of these disorders, and long-term potential impacts of chronic sleep disturbance on mental health. It also considers sleep health from the perspective of psychoeducation, prevention, monitoring, and systematic measured improvement in clinical settings.
